What can I expect from therapy?..

To start, you won't find a couch here. And you won't just talk.... or just listen. Instead, you'll find a very "interactive" type of therapy where you are an active participant. You'll learn to focus on what is at the center of your concerns and you'll learn very specific tools.

These "tools" are simply new ways of thinking and acting that will help you keep from sabotaging yourself, from getting in your own way. They'll enable you to draw on your own unique strengths. You will be able to consciously choose the way you react to your own thoughts and to the people and situations around you.
