A therapeutic experience designed to provide adult survivors of sexual trauma with the

opportunity for increasing self-knowledge and identification of feelings and needs in an ongoing

supportive and emotionally safe environment

CREATE EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL SAFETY

Find relief from symptoms stemming from or related to the sexual trauma.

 

LEARN HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO MANAGE EMOTIONS

Alter feelings associated with memories of trauma such as sadness, rage, and hopelessness.

Decrease the impact of intrusive flashbacks.

 

IDENTIFY AND GRIEVE LOSS

 

DISCOVER AND RECLAIM A SENSE OF YOUR FUTURE

Develop a positive, practical, and healthy future orientation.
